

Shipping and Returns
Orders current dispatch times
All orders will be posted out on Tuesdays and Fridays. This is to reduce the carbon footprint of this business. Orders must be placed before 2pm on Monday to guarantee Tuesdays post and placed before 2pm on Thursday to guarantee Fridays post. Any orders made after this will be sent out as soon as possible but can not be guaranteed.
** Due to COVID trips to the post office are now limited to once a week. Sorry for any inconvenience **
Some products are made to order and may take up to two weeks to be made (longer at peak times) As everything is handmade it can take a little time to complete all orders especially at peak times. I apologise for this and will get all orders finished asap. Thank you for your patience.
All commission work may take longer and will be posted as soon as possible. this will be discussed upon order.
Shipping Cost
Second class postage is free to the UK on all orders over the value of £20. First class orders will be chargeable.
Postage on all orders under £20 will be calculated at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
All pre-made items bought from my online shop may be returned within 15 days. On their return a full refund will be issued minus the shipping costs. The buyer will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
Made to order products such as customised prints are non refundable as they have been made especially for you.
Faulty, Poor Quality or Faulty Goods
Everything is hand made by me and therefore may sometimes there may be slight imperfections on items such as driftwood and reclaimed materials. However every step is taken to make sure the products you receive are high quality and fit for purpose. If you do recive a product that you are unsatisfied with please get in contact and i will be able to issue a repalcment or a refund with no extra shipping costs.
If your product is damaged or broken in transport please get in touch with me so that we can arrange a replacement or a refund. Photographic evidence may be required.
